10th Annual Toy Drive Visits Brentwood Apartments
It’s been a decade! COMTO Jacksonville proudly held their 10th Annual Toy Drive on December 16th, 2010. They returned to Brentwood Apartments and the families were so gracious to see us return! Through donations and chapter support, we were able to deliver toys to children ages 3-12. A big gracious THANK YOU goes to the Target on Monument Road for working with the chapter. With a great discount, the chapter was able to bring TWENTY bicycles to the kids! Santa arrived on a JTA trolley with the bags of toys and took photos. Thank you to everyone who participated! 3rd Annual Food Drive
For our third year in a row, the chapter returned to the Hubbard House organization. They were so gracious for our return this Thanksgiving season. With all the donations from the chapter members and their entity co-workers, the COMTO Jacksonville chapter was able to deliver boxes among boxes to the organization of non-perishable food items. We always donated monetary gift cards to Publix for the families in order to purchase items for Thanksgiving that were perishable such as turkeys. Thank you to all of you who donated!
